Returns & Refunds

 

We want you to love your flexi critter. If you are not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

 

Returns: Items must be unused and in their original condition. The buyer pays return shipping. Once we receive your return, we will refund the item price to your original payment method promptly.

 

Custom and personalized items, including Custom Pet Keychains, are made just for you and are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or not as described, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
